I am sorry the first event was Cancelled (Jordan, you know my missionary, was in town and I couldn't pass up the chance to see him.) But this time I promise it is going to happen.
Ok so For this Sunday's meal we will be having STUFFED BELL PEPPERS. (They are gluten free so everyone on the hall can enjoy them.) I will be honest, I have never made them before but I can follow a recipe pretty well if I do say so myself. There will probably be one or two different stuffing's for the peppers and you will each get to make your own, (That's part of the fun right?.) Let me know what you want in the peppers so I can make sure I have all the ingredients for them. I will need everyone's input on this so please comments.
I also need a head count of how many people will be attending. If you are coming please post to the Blog, Maybe with a suggestion of what you want as a side or to put in the peppers (that would be FANTASTIC). The number of people coming will determine the amount of money that we need to make this happen, Like I said in my first post it wont be very much really (less than 5 dollars) but it will be necessary. (I am not made of money, even if I wish I were.)

Welcome to Come Dine With Me
I put this together because I was tired of the cannon centers nasty food and I realized that others were probably tired of it too. Basically what happens is twice a month I come up with menus for us to have a wonderful dinner. Now, I can't do this alone so I want your help too. I want to know what you want to try. Do you think this is a good idea? Are you looking forward to it? Give me your thoughts do I can make your experience a better one because, to be honest, I am doing this for you.
Now I do need some financial help though, it won't be much I promise. The more people who come the better and cheaper it is. I am doing all of this on a budget (basically everything we make you're going to be able to make it again when you move out of Hinckley Hall on no more than 50 bucks a week. That's the goal anyways.) I am shooting for around 2-5 dollars a meal per person and, when compared to the cannon center or anywhere else for that matter, that really isn't all that much for twice a month.
I hope this goes over well. I have been planning it for a while now and am finally putting it into motion so please please please help me make this a success. Comment on the blog. Give me ideas. Remember this is for you not just me.
